Your interviews are going nowhere and you can’t figure out why . . . or maybe you’re getting to final rounds but not getting the offer . . . or the right offer. The problem is that the skills needed to find a job are different than those needed to do a job. That’s where I come in. Some should use SOAR and some should use PAR), plus great questions to ask at the end of an interview so that you know what their expectations will be for you, as well as theirplans for following up with you and whether they have reservations.
