INTRODUCTION. As businesses and organizations have begun to recognise the value of owned media, many are starting to allocate resources to build their social media presence. Social media’s 24/7, 365 days nature drives the insatiable need for content and constant monitoring. Complicating matters are the ever-evolving algorithms that require specialised knowledge and skills to remain current.

Trained social media marketing and online community managers have become highly sought after in Singapore and abroad, and they are paid top dollar. The role of the social media marketing manager has frequently been identified as one of the Top 10 In-Demand jobs for 2021.

TRAINING OUTCOME. This online programne will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to successfully manage and grow an online community either as a full-time job or as a freelancer.

PRE-REQUISITE. Participants will need to have their own Facebook profile and have been an active user of Facebook for at least 1 year. Those who have their own Facebook fan page will have an added advantage.
