In this course, the learner will be learning to detach their own minds from the process of trance mediumship and utilising the altered states we call trance mediumship and meditation.

We have tailored specific exercises that use different techniques, from psychic tools to inspirational cards and trance healing helping them to push the boundaries of their mediumship showing there is no limit to how far they can go.

They will learn the difference between the meditative state and the trance state and how both can be utilised in the development of trance mediumship, they will be swapping from one altered state (meditation) to another (trance state) and be able to feel the difference in the two states, especially when working with their guides.

This relationship is essential in trance mediumship and the course will give them the belief in themselves whilst working in this way, to try and experience new gifts within this form of mediumship.

They will learn how to detach themselves from something they have seen or heard and be able to allow their Spirit guides to the fore. It will also help the learner to develop the relationship between them and their guides, enabling a closer connection and better relationship.
